About Us

Athens Plastic Surgery Cadaver Courses

The Athens Plastic Surgery Cadaver Courses is an advanced, hands-on educational program developed by the Hellenic Society of Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery (HESPRAS), in collaboration with the Department of Anatomy, School of Medicine, National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Our mission is to provide high-precision cadaver workshops. The first course (3-days) focuses on Applied Facial Anatomy, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Principles, and Evidence-based Injection Techniques including sessions such as Deep Plane Facelift, High-SMAS Face Lift, Deep Plane Neck Lift, Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Brow lift, Otoplasty, Parotidectomy and Facial Nerve Dissection (See full program). The second (2-days) focuses on applied Upper Limb Anatomy and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Techniques including sessions such as Tendon and Nerve Repairs, Tendon and Nerve Transfers and Various Flaps. All sessions are designed and supervised by board-certified plastic surgeons and university faculty.

Hands-On Learning Experience

Participants perform procedures directly on fresh frozen cadaveric specimens under expert guidance.
